Wanna Party? Art test thing i did from 4chan

This is the original. I found it on 4chan, i haven o idea who or what this is.

this is my attempt at trying to do my version of it, still playing with brushes on PHotoshop...so yeah don't be too harsh...I just hope I captured it ok. I used a reference of the original image obviously. Just wanted to add stuff to it for fun.
